2.2. Production Time: We'll do our best to provide an estimated delivery date, but please understand that production times may vary. While we aim to meet delivery expectations, delays can occur. Our standard timeframe is 10 to 15 business days.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns and Refunds -- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your customized goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns for personalized items unless they are damaged or defective. If we determine that your goods are indeed damaged or faulty, we will offer you a refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
