Now Hiring Part-Time Pressers (DTF / Heat Press Experience)

Manchester, CT (Local Applicants Only)

LogoMyKid is growing fast, and we're looking for skilled part-time team members who have experience with DTF transfers, heat pressing, and apparel finishing. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality, and want to be part of a creative, family-focused brand - we'd love to meet you.

Position: Part-Time Presser (DTF / Heat Press Operator)

What you'll do:

  • Apply DTF transfers to apparel using industrial heat presses
  • Prep, align, and press garments with accuracy
  • Assist with folding, sorting, and packaging finsihed orders
  • Keep production areas clean and organized
  • Work closely with our LMK production team

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience with heat pressing or apparel decoration
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to follow exact instructions and quality standards
  • Local to Manchester, Connecticut (no remote work)
  • Team-player attitude - we're a family-style company

Logo My Kid Internship Program (New For 2025)

A hands-on creative internship designed to help young people learn, grow, and contribute.

We're excited to introduce the LogoMyKid™ Internship Program, launching this upcoming year. This program is designed for motivated high school and college students who have an interest in:

  • Graphic design
  • Apparel production
  • Branding and logo development
  • Photography & social media
  • Print shop operations
  • Customer service & business operations

What interns will learn:

  • How a modern custom apparel brand operates from concept to completion
  • Hands-on production skills (DTF transfers, heat pressing, packaging)
  • Basics of Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and design fundamentals
  • Customer experience and order workflow
  • Behind-the-scenes of managing and growing local business

Printavo Specialist / Production Workflow Coordinator

We are seeking individuals with experience using Printavo, the leading software platform for managing print shops and apparel orders.

What is Printavo?

Printavo is a cloud-based software used by apparel companies to manage quotes, invoices, production schedules, purchase orders, art approvals, customer communication, and storefronts. It keeps every part of the businesss organized, efficient, and on track.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience with Printavo (preferred, not required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage customer orders, update workflows, and keep production moving
  • Confidence navigating online storefronts, approvals, and scheduling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • This position can be remote

Your role may include:

  • Setting up and managing customer storefronts
  • Creating and updating quotes, invoices, and POs
  • Communicating with customers through Printavo
  • Scheduling production and coordinating timelines with the LMK team
  • Ensuring accuracy in every step of the process
